1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Life Leveling (“the App”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
If you downloaded the App from the Apple App Store, your use of the App may also be subject to Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, unless a custom license agreement is provided in App Store Connect: https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.
3. Accounts
You may need to create an account or sign in using a third-party provider to use certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support.lifeleveling@gmail.com if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.
4. Permitted Use
Life Leveling is a personal habit-tracking and accountability app. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial use.
5. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App to harass, bully, threaten, or harm other users.
- Upload false, misleading, fraudulent, or inappropriate proof photos or content.
- Reverse engineer, decompile, interfere with, damage, or disrupt the App or its servers.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automated tools to access or interact with the App.
- Use the App in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
6. Subscriptions, Billing, and Auto-Renewal
Certain features of the App may require a paid auto-renewable subscription.
Subscription options, pricing, billing periods, and any free trial terms are displayed in the App before purchase. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Your subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period at the price then in effect.

If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the free trial may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where permitted by law.
Refunds, billing disputes, and payment processing for App Store purchases are handled by Apple in accordance with Apple's terms and policies. We do not control Apple's billing systems and cannot issue App Store refunds directly.
We may change subscription pricing or plans in the future. If required by law or App Store rules, we will provide notice of material pricing changes before they take effect.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of the photos, text, and other content you submit to the App (“User Content”). You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, and display User Content solely as needed to operate, maintain, and improve the App and its features.
You are solely responsible for your User Content and represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it.
8. Intellectual Property
The App, including its software, design, branding, trademarks, logos, and content other than User Content, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from the App except as expressly permitted by us in writing.
9. Privacy

10. Availability and Changes
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the App at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable if any feature of the App becomes unavailable.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if we believe you have violated these Terms, misused the App, or created risk or legal exposure for us or other users.
You may stop using the App at any time. Deleting the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.
12. Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
Life Leveling is intended for general habit-tracking and accountability purposes only. It is not medical, mental health, fitness, or legal advice, and it is not a substitute for professional advice or treatment.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Leveling and its affiliates, founders, employees, contractors, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid, if any, to use the App in the 12 months before the claim arose.
14. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we may provide notice through the App, by email, or by updating the “Last updated” date above. Your continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means you accept the revised Terms.
